Fregene's is currently preparing to aggressively expand its national (USA) presence through a franchised operation and is accepting applications for interested investors and potential franchisees to become members of our "Founder's Team". Apply to become a Founder

The Fregene's Founders Team The Fregene's Founders Team will consist of eleven (11) franchisees/Territorial Developers (TD's) who can demonstrate that they have a clear vision for the future of Fregene's. The Founders Team will be selected on the basis of available liquid assets that can be allocated to open Fregene's stores in their geographical area, the business talents and contacts that they bring to the team, and a like-minded business goal set compatible with the Fregene's corporate team.

OBJECTIVES
The first objective of each Founders Team member will be to commit to opening a minimum of seven (7) Fregene's store in their geographical region, with a firm commitment for the first store within the first six months. Fregene's corporation will also establish at least ten (10) chain locations by the end of the second quarter 2006, based upon the successful of its current locations in Sonoma County, California. As part of its aggressive expansion plan, Fregene's Inc. also intends to complete necessary processes for franchising its operation by Summer 2005. In partnership with the Founders Team, Fregene's will create a foundation by which a successful nationwide, and even international, franchised operation can succeed.

BENEFITS
All members of the Founders Team will have right of first refusal for Territorial Developer (TD) positions in their territories and others in which they may have an interest. Each member of the Founders Team will be assigned a seniority ranking (Founder #1, #2, etc.) based upon their join date. Priority within the Founders Team will be based upon this seniority scale.

The Founders Team will also receive a special discount on their respective franchise fees and TD Agreements.
